Après deux opérations des ligaments croisés et du ménisque en 2015 et 2016, nous voici en 2022 avec 2 nouvelles opérations au compteur ! 😶🤕

Je me suis fait opérer des deux ménisques  extérieurs ce vendredi 4 novembre.

Un seul but, celui de revenir au plus vite, tout en prenant énormément soin de mon corps…!! En effet, je fais un sport qui sollicite beaucoup les genoux… alors je croise les doigts pour que tout s’arrange après ces nouvelles interventions.🤞🏼

After two cruciate ligament and meniscus surgeries in 2015 and 2016, here we are in 2022 with 2 new surgeries on the clock! 😶🤕

I had surgery on both outer menisci this Friday, November 4.

Only one goal, to come back as soon as possible, while taking great care of my body…! Indeed, I play a sport that puts a lot of strain on my knees… so I’m keeping my fingers crossed that everything will work out after these new surgeries. 🤞🏼
